Juventus Football Club (from Latin^[3] iuventus: youth, pronounced [juˈvɛntus]), commonly referred to as simply Juventus or Juve, is a football club from Turin, Italy. With the exception of one season,^[4] the club has spent its entire history in the top flight of Italian football.^[5]

Juventus is the most successful team in the history of Italian football.^[4] Overall, the club have won 51 official trophies, more than any other Italian team; 40 in Italy, which is also a record,^[6] and 11 in European and world competitions.^[7] The Old Lady is the third most successful club in Europe and the sixth in the world with the most international titles officially recognised by one of the six continental football confederations^[8] and FIFA.^[9]

In 1985, Juventus, the only team in the world to have won all official international cups and championships^[8] (which includes all official European competitions^[8] and the Intercontinental Champions Clubs' Cup),^[10] became the first club in the history of European football to have won all three major UEFA competitions.^[11] The club was a founding member of the now-defunct G-14 group of Europe's leading football clubs and its replacement, the European Club Association.

At present, the Italian side play their home games at the Stadio Olimpico di Torino while the stadium which the club actually owns, Stadio delle Alpi is undergoing long-term structural changes^[2] and will not be completed for use until 2011.^[12][13]

Manchester is Winner

Wes Brown, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Luis Nani all scored against Liverpool. Manchester had 61% possession compared to Liverpool’s 39%. In the 2nd half, first Torres and then Masherano both talked back to referee; Torres earned a yellow card. Masherano who had already had a yellow for a tackle against Scholes ended up earning himself a red card. Rafael Benitez described the situation saying, “Javier was sent off for dissent, but to be sent off for asking the official something is a surprise.” The final score was 3-0 giving Manchester a clean 3 points.
